Prices and payment

We don’t list fixed prices on the website, because the price depends on the specific car: the type and equipment of the glass, the scope of the job, and whether the car needs calibration. You receive a specific quote once we have reviewed your request.

What the price consists of

• The glass — the price depends on the car and the glass equipment, such as camera area, heating, sensors and head-up display.
• Installation — the work of removing the old glass and fitting the new one.
• Materials — such as adhesive and the parts needed for the installation on your specific car.
• Mobile attendance — us coming to the agreed address.
• Calibration — if the car requires it. Calibration is not automatically included in the price; if it is needed, it appears in the quote or is agreed separately, including location and logistics.

The quote shows what is included and what, if anything, is priced separately. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before you accept.

You always approve the price first

We only start once you have approved the final scope and the final price. If it turns out along the way that the job differs from what was expected — for example that the car has different equipment than stated — we contact you and agree how to proceed before continuing.

Insurance

If you use your insurance, your own payment depends on your policy and excess. Your contribution and the payment are clarified before the work is carried out. Read more on our insurance page.

Payment

How and when payment is made is stated in your quote and invoice. If you have questions about payment, email kontakt@autorudeexpress.dk or call 31 62 23 38.
